Mitsubishi L300 / Delica Door Speaker Adapter

Custom door speaker adapter designed specifically for Mitsubishi L300.

You receive a complete installation kit for two speakers, including:

• screws
• speaker grille
• outer adapter
• inner adapter
• template for cutting the hole in the door
• installation manual

The model was developed using a real 3D scan of the original door, ensuring precise fitment and an OEM+ appearance after installation.
Two-Part Reinforced Design

The adapter consists of two separate parts:
- an outer visible adapter ring, responsible for the OEM+ look
- an inner reinforcement part, mounted on the inside of the door

This construction reinforces the mounting area and prevents the speaker from being attached directly to the thin factory door sheet metal, resulting in a more rigid mount and reduced vibration.
Speaker Compatibility

This adapter was tested and fitted with Morel Tempo Ultra 602 speakers.

Compatibility with other speaker models is not guaranteed, as basket geometry, magnet size, and mounting details may vary.
Grille Fitment (OEM+ Look)

To achieve the intended OEM+ appearance, the speaker grille is designed to be press-fitted directly into the adapter, without visible mounting screws.

This improves visual quality but may require careful fitting or minor adjustment of the grille depending on tolerances.
Clearance Notice

Inside the door, near the speaker mounting location, there is a door check mechanism.

When using speakers other than the tested model, ensure that the speaker basket, magnet, or terminals do not interfere with the door check mechanism during door operation.
